Very weak and disappointing services ! All the time when I want to withdraw cash or Eur, I am limited to 8k and 500 Eur- there is a need for multiple withdrawals to reach the desired amount …. No limits in app or on card! Today the ATM almost ate my card (Dacia/Traian) No service for Eur transactions- disappointment !

It's the only bank I know of that works with foreign sailors in Moldova. They issue a multicurrency card based on both maritime and regular documents, and it's easy to use. You can also get an additional card for relatives. The app works, but it lacks online feedback. You can only contact staff by phone or email. And that's difficult to do on the open sea... At least for that.
