The banking system here is really poor.... They need to go and learn from other UBA BANK BRANCHES.... They love the bank been crowded
UBA ikotun is well staffed with enough staff deposit/withdrawal, customer care agents and other services. They also have their marketing session which is separate from the main hall. Their adequate staffing and division of labor makes their services faster so you dont have to sleep on queue. The hall is spacious too. They use Fast tracking system which is common in UBA branches. It is located at Arida bustop so it's not with other Banks in the area
Since this year 2024 the ATM hardly dispense cash on work days, not even functional on weekends So annoying 😠😠
I reported to Ikotun on Monday 9th of November 2020 all the way from Ayetoro fence in Ogun state for account unblocking and till date it's yet to be unblocked... They promised it would be done that day but I sense I was lied to. I have missed lots of online and offline transactions
👍 Plenty of customer care agents and cash stands make for shorter queues. Much better than most other Lagos branches.
