01.09.25 I entered the counter at 11:35 and at 13:27 I am still waiting for cash to be released from my current account. A very cumbersome system and the service of the lady at the counter was below expectations. I do not recommend this bank!
Constant queues and service from only one operator, the second is constantly out of money and refuses to take it from a colleague (Ana). Anyone who needs to quickly exchange money will be wasting their time.
We are sitting in a branch with people and in front of us a break is announced (seriousness 0) both houses break when the work day ends at 5:30 pm! And the lunch break 12-1 pm.
Excellent customer service, especially Natalia. Always polite and attentive!!! Overall, a great bank. Thank you.
I have never encountered a worse bank!
