Worst bank experience in my life. Got my card in February. Ms. Laura Fuge said that I will receive my mobile banking password shortly but 3 month later and a dozen revisits I don't have it still, neither does my mother. Same Ms. Fuge made a mistake in my date of birth which I noticed day after and told her about. She still didn't fix it, even after I reminded her about it. Once she was tired of lying about my online banking password so she asked her colleague to tell me that she is not in the office today. Even though I saw her hiding in the back room, and her office was open, and her clothes was there and PC turned on. Heilbad Heiligenstadt branch is a joke. They will tell you anything just to make you leave. Dishonest and unprofessional staff. I would've rated it with 0 stars, but at least she speaks English, so credit for that. Anyway if you are planning to get a bank card - you better chose a different bank. That's what me and my family will do. I'm done with Postbank as soon as I
