I still give 2 stars, just because at least the location is really good in the center area! this post office is always full of people, it's fine but the thing is even there are a lot of people in line, there will only be one or two staffs at the counters! that's why you always have to wait a lot to pick up your packages or send your packages! and the attitude of the staffs is not that nice and no one can speak English!

Got threatened of not receiving my delivery from Amazon, despite showing my ID and being overly clear I was the recipient. Disappointing customer service.
