Terrible attitude of employees. Save yourself the headache and simply go somewhere else.
I have been a customer since 2012. I have never had such terrible and unprofessional service from any bank. On April 11th I had requested online for my JahresBescheiningung for 2023. I made 3 more online applications, followed it with 4 telephone calls. Today I was told (after 3 months) that they had closed it without sending it. Terrible service. I plan to move out of Postbank, I will not recommend this pathetic service for anyone. No wonder the German economy is going down the drain, with such poor work culture and lack of professional ethics and etiquette ! This is the kind of service customers get when one gets protected from getting fired. Lazy, inept, unprofessional work culture !
