Extremely Disappointed with Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff I recently had an unfortunate experience with Trust Bank, and I felt compelled to share my disappointment. The level of service I received from their staff was shockingly subpar, and it's evident that client satisfaction is not a priority for them. From the moment I entered the bank, the employees displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They seemed disinterested in assisting clients, and their demeanor was dismissive at best. It's disheartening to be treated with such disrespect when I am entrusting my financial matters to this institution

An abomination. The staff at the counters are unpleasant; they invent procedures to avoid serving you, they take forever, and they never smile. It's as if it's their money and we're beggars in their eyes. Avoid at all costs; the agency is a prison.
