Awful service i didn't receive my salary because of them they took a long time to open an account they just don't care they don't do there job im still shocked how rude they are she said to me i was in vacation Don't do business with them they're just awful and unprofessional.

I've never had a problem with Trust Bank's customer service in Kouba before, however, today it's a disaster. They tell you a checkbook will be ready in four days, you call, and it's still not ready. Ten days later, after repeated phone calls, they tell you to come in. When you finally arrive, the woman who prints the checkbooks is casually pacing around while other customers wait. And then she tells you... you can wait fifteen minutes, I'll print it for you. Nothing was ready! It's a catastrophe and a huge lack of professionalism. Yes, I'm talking about that woman at Trust Bank in Kouba, and yes, this is a customer complaint and should only be considered for her. Four days, yes, you can come in... why say that? If you're not ready! She'll recognize herself, and she'll recognize me. If it weren't urgent, I wouldn't have said anything, but we've been chasing after this checkbook for two weeks. I hope they take the necessary steps and that she learns to do her job better. Good luck.
