Minimal parking space. they have 5 atms but only 2 usually works hence a thread of queue. Its frustrating and exhausting. The banking hall service is excellent though
They need to service their ATM machines more often. It’s always either one or two working at a time and a lot of people queuing up just for those , not cool .
They have nice security personnels and banking staff. They should improve on their network
You’re required to wait hours to see the customer care service, and they get up to take breaks at will without explanation while people are waiting. They are humans and deserve breaks but there should be a designated time for that, so people will know what time to come. It’s quite frustrating going there especially if you have a complain
