Very horrible customer service, very sluggish and nonchalant, especially the security guy inside (Sunny) people will be on que and he will bring in someone else from outside after collecting tip. He talks so rudely and arrogant. For me, I will never visit that branch again.

The worst banking experience I've had to put up with. The network is always down and the customer service representatives are the most insensitive and dehumanizing customer service I've interacted with. The customer service reps seem to be happy that the network is down. (Maybe because they get to do less work) The only pleasant Customer service rep I've interacted with is Cynthia. The pleasant group there are the Security guards, they are more interested in customer service than the customer service reps. I wasted 9 hours+ at this branch in 3 days because the network is always down. The customer service reps also seem to profile customers on the basis of age and gender. They collect some people's forms to help and ignore others, telling them to come back the next morning (Sometimes saying things like: so and so came in the morning [as if their customers don't have jobs and should be spending the entire day at the bank to collect a simple ATM card]) They also won't tell you that
