Very nice customer service, but the bank isn't suitable for small businesses

Good customer service, very welcoming and helpful.

I'm forced to give it one star, but it doesn't even deserve that one. This is an agency where competence seems to be the norm. To open a foreign resident account, you need to earn at least €3,500 to qualify for an account at this bank. They don't give you all the information right away, so you end up coming back with all the documents, but it's completely pointless, since you can't open the account immediately. I strongly advise against opening an account with this bank; it doesn't even deserve the one star I was forced to give.

The agency is well-located in Algiers, near the Agha train station, metro, and Etusa airport bus. I personally dealt with a friendly customer service representative. I've seen some negative reviews in the comments, so I just opened an account and I'm waiting to see how it goes.

I went there to try to open an account. The staff simply don't want to work. You're greeted with sighs of exasperation and dejected looks. They ask for a ton of documents, but I had them with me. But they still asked me to come back the next day. Why? Well, I don't know. I left. I figured if it's so complicated to open an account, then withdrawing money must be worse.
