The employees are consistently competent and incredibly reliable. You immediately notice that the customer is their top priority, and they always take the time necessary to answer every question comprehensively. A truly outstanding team that I can recommend without reservation.

I've been a customer of Sparkasse Tempelhof for a long time and have always had a good experience. Whenever I had a problem, I always received friendly help, BUT I have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was today. I went there because I needed a new PIN, but I had lost my ID card, so I have a temporary certificate. She wouldn't even look at it and sent me away. That's no way to treat customers. I showed her my AOK (health insurance) card and other identification documents, but she got louder and wouldn't let me finish speaking. Never again!!!
