Zenith Bank Plc You guys are busy painting a perfect picture of your image on social media but your services have become beyond terrible. For weeks and weeks I do not have online access to my new business bank accounts, I have complained and complained to the account officer and have been told for going to one month now that you guys have issues with your system stopping the generation of tokens for online access. I have written multiple emails and was sent forms which I have long completed and sent and have been ignored ever since even with multiple reminder emails. I totally regret my association with this bank, terrible bank, terrible customer service, forget their past glory this bank is zero.
