There's a line of six people at the service counter. Only one of the three counters is open. There are easily 15 employees in the branch. Even behind the counter, there are three people sitting at computers. Why is customer service such a low priority? I wanted to deposit money into my business account, and the whole process took 40 minutes. I didn't have my card with me, so I had to go to the counter. Poor customer service.

Cash withdrawals are not possible at the ATM. They cite attacks on the machines as the reason. It's strange that other banks don't have to take this step. Since the Sparkasse network is becoming increasingly sparse here anyway, switching to a competitor is probably unavoidable.

Unfortunately, many employees there don't know how to deposit cash and issue a receipt; often you have to explain it to them. I need the receipt for my company, and then I get comments like, "The savings bank wants to save paper," which is fine by me, but I pay fees, and if I need a receipt, then you have to provide one. I never have these problems at the main savings bank; there, it works without any issues, strangely enough. It's ridiculous.

I got an appointment at short notice by phone. Opening a savings account and reactivating my online banking went very quickly. Other inquiries were also answered and explained well. The clerk was very nice and friendly, took his time, and made an effort. I can therefore highly recommend the branch. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Kaz. She resolved my issue quickly, competently, and reliably. While I was simply given the runaround at the customer service center of the main branch in downtown Bochum and saw no real effort being made to find a solution, Ms. Kaz's dedication left a lasting impression. Overall, I feel very well taken care of at this branch. The staff is extremely flexible, professional, and customer-oriented. I can wholeheartedly recommend this branch!
