I am leaving a negative rating after an unsettling and frankly inappropriate meeting with Ms. Sirowatky. I applied for a €5,000 loan, stating clearly that the purpose was to support my family and make a small investment. Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with an accusation that I intended to send the money to the Taliban—an outrageous and baseless claim that felt discriminatory. if someone were to send money to Taliban, it could be from their own salary as well. To make matters worse, I was told that using a “free-purpose” loan for investment is illegal, which contradicts the very idea of a loan without restrictions. I was advised to use the money to buy a car or a house—neither of which is feasible with €5,000. The entire process was a waste of time, filled with unjustified suspicion and impractical advice. No one should have to endure such treatment during a routine financial consultation.
