Report: I am a legal guardian and have been trying for weeks to gain access to online banking. I was assured that a certified copy and online ID verification would suffice, as the branch is over 150 km away. Despite sending all the necessary documents and providing online ID verification, I received the documents back a week later from another employee, Mr. Konrad Burghardt, informing me that online banking access was not possible. I told him that this had been agreed upon with his colleague and that it had always worked perfectly at other banks. During a follow-up phone call, Mr. Burghardt seemed quite impatient and stated in an unfriendly tone that he didn't know what had been discussed internally with his colleagues and that it wasn't his problem. This experience is unprecedented for me with any bank. We will now request that the bank relocate.

Absolutely the worst service when it comes to accounts. When you have questions, you're referred to external departments, and to top it all off, they even suggest you open your account with another bank; maybe they'll work faster. The service and advice in this case deserve a solid F. I was always satisfied with the Wildeck-Obersuhl branch before, but since the advisor changed, everything has been a disaster.
