I went there once in my life and it was a very bad impression as the workers were not there on time, there was a lot of movement and few tasks were completed. I wanted to ask a question, but whenever I asked the person sitting in front of the computer to come closer so I could ask him, he would tell me I have urgent work to wait a bit. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting until I gave up, then I left and never went back. The system is very bad in receiving and managing customers. The workers' treatment is completely unprofessional. We hope that the workers will be trained on how to manage customers and clients, as the banking field is very sensitive to dealing with. One worker can ruin the reputation of an entire bank. As for the decor, it is very old and you do not feel comfortable when you are there. As for the National Popular Credit Bank in Khenchela, it is far ahead of its counterpart in Oum El Bouaghi.

We are now unable to communicate with the office clerk (not the branch manager) who is handling our files, and this is slowing things down with the help of the security and reception agent who keeps citing the absence of the person in question... God is sufficient for us, and He is the best agent.
