Extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of professionalism at the Crédit Populaire d’Algérie branch. From the moment you enter: the double door system with a button is poorly designed; you waste time unnecessarily because you can't open the second door until the first one is completely closed. At the teller window for a simple transfer: the clerk was sitting with his back turned, laughing and chatting with his (female) colleagues. I politely called him twice → no response, he completely ignored me. His colleagues could clearly see me and pretended not to. You feel like you're being treated like a beggar rather than a customer. Zero respect, zero sense of service, zero professionalism. It's truly a shame; a bank should at least invest in a little respect and courtesy towards its customers.

Too bad we can't set it to 0. Horrible bank! A certain Moufok insulted my parents with every name under the sun after leaving them and other customers out of the account for over five hours. It's truly sad. Run away.

Terrible service, no replies to emails since October, no answer on the phone. The number: 021 64 15 15, friendly but completely ineffective, gave me 7 numbers in Tizi-Ouzou, some invalid and others unavailable...

You should consider answering the phone to your customers when you give them incorrect information and they take the trouble to contact you to understand and correct the situation.
