Azul, Avoid at all costs! I sent a euro transfer to my mother almost three months ago, and we still don't know where the money is. They tell us it's in Algiers, and they asked us to submit a written request (claiming I'd entered the wrong account number). We did so, and three weeks later, they have the nerve to tell us that my bank in France called them to repatriate the money. It's so unfortunate to see such incompetence. Maybe for them it's just money, but for my mother, it's a vital necessity. (Of course, there are other, less conventional ways to send money... And thank God.)
