They claim they are international bank, even with English application, but when I arrived at the branch to ask for support they refused to talk to me in English and even the lady refused to call her supervisor regardless how many time politely I asked for the support
Not great service. Not possible to add ec card to Apple Pay unlike at other banks. Not many branches in Munich, probably I should switch to an online bank.
HVB has been my bank and even if it is expensive I appreciate to see the same people when I need it.The staff there are thorough in their explanation and very helpful. I used to be at another branch but since I moved, Ostbf is closer to me now and I met my advisor who is also very helpful. I recommend it.
