Unfortunately, the place is very cramped; sometimes it's even difficult to breathe inside, especially in the mornings. The staff are extremely professional, but the management doesn't pay any attention to the customer because it's a public institution. An 80-year-old man couldn't find a chair to sit on while waiting his turn.
