Excellent service!

My online banking hasn't been working since Monday 😁 I've spoken to six people on the phone since Monday. Some of them got really angry because they supposedly hadn't blocked anything. The sixth person was then able to tell me that the account had been closed. Why? Hard to say. Thanks for the worst service I've ever experienced 👌🏼

I had an appointment with a consultant, Ms. Christine B., at the bank branch today at 11 a.m. Christine is very friendly and gives excellent advice. She's a real professional in this field. I highly recommend her.

The service is actually really good, but whenever I want to deposit money, either the ATMs are out of order or the bank is unexpectedly locked (but the ATMs are working and the lights are on). It's really annoying!
