I can only praise the employees at the Fulda branch, so actually 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The opening hours, however, are a disaster. Some days only 2 hours, even though the employees are on site. That's not customer-friendly. I'm already trying to get through on hold for over 60 minutes today.

I have two complaints. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Luckily, I don't have an account there myself, but my mother-in-law does. She receives a small pension of €780. The bank charges €32.50 for account maintenance. We handle everything online for my mother-in-law, so the bank has no work. The opening hours of 10 am to 12 pm are very short. There seems to be only one employee in the branch. Customers are queuing in the lobby, and the employee has to process the cash transporters first. Then, when the next customer finally gets their turn, another colleague who's been with customers in a different area asks the cashier, who then has to log out of the system and process the other employee's order. I felt sorry for the cashier. She can hardly serve any customers in those two hours if she's constantly interrupted by other colleagues. If the staff can't handle something, you can ask someone else instead of having everything done at the checkout. The cashier, however, was very friendly. L

I would like to emphasize the exceptionally customer-focused work of our customer service representative, Ms. Raab. Thanks to this extremely courteous and friendly employee, I have been a customer for decades and will gladly continue to be one!
