I went to this bank in Arzew to see how much money I have in my account, no way, I have to go to Oran, that's where I opened my account, the employee didn't tell me anything, he just put my ID card back on the counter, I had to guess, go from Arzew to Oran: add another car on the highway, add another car to the traffic in Oran, consume gasoline: my loss and loss of the state... another employee asked him "what has it?" he answered with one word "Oran", the second employee took my card, he used his computer for 30 seconds, and he told me how much I have in the account, 30 seconds.
