I would like to sincerely thank Commerzbank for having such wonderful staff at this branch!!! In particular, Marcell was exceptionally helpful. He handled everything quickly, explained clearly, and his fluent English made the bank processes much easier for me when I struggled with German. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!!!

The customer service here is good, and the employees are friendly. However, they occasionally refuse to communicate in English.

If you are a foreigner and you do not speak german, please do not visit this branch. The employees there are very rude and they do not respond to your problem. I had to go to another city to solve a simple problem just because they were irresponsible and said that it was not possible to solve my issue because of their “bank policy”. However in another branch they solved my problem within 5 minutes. Worst branch and even worse employees.

The bank can kick you out anytime they just don’t like something 😅👍 never do cash withdrawals in other countries or duty free! They don’t like when you use them abroad! Or jealous 😉 Very much unnecessary bureaucracy with post. Very low quality App - very few services! Payment is shown after 3-5 days after the purchase! You can be in the red without knowing it and then pay penalty, why? Because the bank works slowly. Not recommended.
