What a disaster to open an account! The so-called customer service manager on the second floor didn't even bother to get up from her chair to receive us. She shouted our last name loudly to get us into her office. Bank or consulate, think about it! Once inside, she didn't even offer us a seat, leaving us standing and asking for our documents, even though a friend was already sitting opposite her. She asked us personal questions right in front of her! What is this place all about?! We were made to come back twice that same day because they were just wandering around the corridors with the office closed and completely ignoring us. BNA Annaba has absolutely no civic responsibility, and even less so for the diaspora! Avoid at all costs!
The employees are very friendly and very competent. Good luck.
