Very slow service; I waited over an hour for a simple payment. Avoid it.
The worst bank branch in Algeria. No manners, no service, no ethics, nothing... They only deal with certain customers. The organization is a joke... Next time I'll name names.
The worst treatment and the worst service from the workers
I swear to God, this morning I went to this branch to open an Islamic current account. It took an hour and a half, and in the end, the security guard told me that the person in charge of Islamic banking wasn't there, meaning we wouldn't be able to offer such a terrible service.
Unfortunately, there is no good treatment and great neglect. Today I went to open a developer account and by God, my brothers, they work with knowledge. They told me I need 5 million and 50 euros. A woman came in front of me and by God, they created a developer account for 50 euros and a million, that's all. We trust in God and peace be upon you. Note that I submitted a request to speak with the manager and he saw a service that did not want to talk to us.
