I had an issue with my credit card, and the staff at this branch were very helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Ejder — she went above and beyond to resolve the issue and provided excellent customer service.

It's my first time in Germany and I needed to activate my Girokonto after the online procedure. I have been assisted by a very accommodating guy at the front desk (I didn't get his name) but he's tall and has blue eyes. He was kind enough to talk with me in English and have addressed all my queries about my account. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, and swift! As soon as I stepped out of the bank, I got an SMS confirming that my account has successfully been opened. Keep up the excellent customer service! 🙂
