All employees were attending an online meeting during working hours and were very distracted. Customer Service employee was constantly talking to someone else and laughing while I was talking. Very unprofessional and unhelpful
this staff told me i cant exchange money for visa but i did last year and got no problem at all. suddenly with him he say cannot?!

The employee of customer service are 2 only one of them works the other do not serve. Only 2 costumers have been served in 1 h. No need for 2 if one is enough
