Bank Misr is very bad in its employees’ treatment, especially the deputy manager. The machine withdrew $100. I filed a complaint two days later and the lump sum was paid, while the deputy manager denied it and took responsibility for the problem. Is it conceivable that a bank that is considered one of the strongest banks in Egypt would behave like this?
