The only good thing about this branch is that it is one of the rare ones that stay open till 5pm However.. keep in mind: - Very slow service. Clear 2 hours in your calendar - Currently undergoing maintenance so understaffed & under-equipped - Due to the overwhelming of the employees, they might not be the nicest & they might not be available to readily answer your questions
Bad customer service, only 3 representative are working. 3 different branches and different towns and all the same !! What a loser manager of banque misr
