Do not exchange at this ATM. Actually,maybe , just don’t go to this bank at all.
My experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. The customer service department completely lacks flexibility and understanding of individual situations, especially for clients with international experience. The employees seem to apply the rules rigidly, without taking into account recent changes in legislation or modern banking practices. Instead of providing solutions, one is met with standardized responses and an uncooperative attitude. I strongly advise against using this agency for anyone seeking professional, humane, and adaptable service.
I dealt with the VIP branch at Abu Al-Feda with Teia, but she never finished any paperwork. She's unprofessional and the worst bank ever. I can't understand how this woman is the manager! Horrible... The worst service and the worst VIP manager at the Abu Al-Feda Zamalek branch.
