The people at the AXA Insurance office inside the bank must have too many clients, because I requested a quote from a woman named Sara six months ago and I still haven't received it. I even wrote to remind her I was waiting, and she didn't even reply. She is very pretty, though, changing her WhatsApp profile picture about fifty times. Completely unprofessional.

Waiting time is too long!

I had a terrible experience in this bank. not well-organized and some of employees are not professionals in handling cases. They treat CIB plus in a regular way like they don't care if you have large deposit or not. no special rate for large transactions. they took advantages of the situations. I'll not use this branch and don't recommend it to any CIB plus customers.

Worst employees and worst customer service employees on this branch , terrible experience and unprofessional employees!!! Save your time and go to another branch

Terrible experience with this branch. Went there two times for a customer service matter with my account, was handled the first time by a newcomer that was hesitant about everything she said. The second time waited for 55 minutes to speak with a customer service officer, there were only two of them that moved like sloths and their manager that was setting next to them on her phone, talking about personal matters with someone for extended time, without any of them minding the 10 people that kept coming in waiting for their turn, I had to leave before my turn without discussing the matter, for other appointments. Incompetent, and not recommended.
