They are so lazy. First of all, they made me wait for a whole week just to get a form for an MCB Lite Credit Card. They said that their system isn't working because one of their female worker is on holidays, and she would come after a week. Seriouly, I was given these reasons. I came after a week. They were not hospitable yet at all. They talked to me in a way like I am some servant and they are the Kings of the bank. Anyhow, with their strange behavior, I was allowed to submit a form. Now, I have submitted my form and everything to the bank 3 days ago. I was supposed to get a text (as said by one of the workers) with a link on the next day of the form submission i.e., on Thursday Morning, but I didn't get any link. I called the bank. They said their system isn't working. What are they doing in the bank even when they don't have the system? What are they famous for?

Their atm is always out of order. Have got my card stuck here multiple times. Avoid this branch.
