Very disappointing experience at this CIB branch. The branch is always extremely crowded, and waiting time is unacceptable. Even for very simple requests, you have to wait at least one hour, sometimes more. Although the staff may appear polite on the surface, they are often impatient, unhelpful, and clearly unwilling to work, which creates a very frustrating atmosphere. This level of service does not meet CIB standards at all. I do not recommend this branch under any circumstances.

Stupid rules or whatever!! Every time i change money for visa for le and my wife. And today its not ALLOWED ANYMORE

I went to the bank to Bank to get my monthly salary by a check, as usual I came and I got my part to the Senior Teller " Tamer Ibrahim, I gave my checks to him and he told me to wait 5 minutes as he has to check the signatures with the company which signed the checks and this could take a long time to get a confirmation... he left me waiting for 20 minutes without a word and took the next customer instead. I went upstairs to the Branch manager Mr. Islam Mohsen and made a complaint how unprofessional this behaviour is for me... he made a call to Mr. Tamer and he explained that they refuse to give me the money as the signatures are different from the last month, I explained that there is another manager at my working place but they still refused and said that I have 2 options... I have to get a next signature on a new check or I have to get a another signatures which made it complicated for me and I already spent 1 hour in the bank. Endless waiting, not organized, there are 160 in the queue and less than 50 people in the bank. Very slow staff and unprofessional. Mix individuals and corporate. You have to spend the whole day for simple transaction. Worst bank experience
