AmBank No. 154 Jalan Munshi Abdullah Kampung Bukit China

I went to Ambank Jalan Munshi to make a full settlement of my hire purchase loan, Customer Service was fine but the banker who attended me was so rushed and hurried. No advice prior to settlement, no release letter, no receipt, nothing. She asked for the money, count it and that’s it. Worst service I’ve ever encountered so far. 👎🏻

I recently visited Ambank and was attended by a staff member (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) at the inquiry counter. His service was exceptional! He was quick to ask how he could assist and genuinely helped with sincerity. Even though I was only there to activate my child’s savings account and deposit a small amount (RM100), the treatment I received made me feel like I was depositing millions. His efficiency and helpfulness truly made my experience smooth and pleasant. Highly commendable service!

i was there to sign an agreement for hire purchase. the banker seems like not friendly and quite rude.

Worst Experience at here...Syasha...They ask me go to Ctr 4...But im at Ctr 4 5min...A lot people busy with their job...No body attend me.. Only credit goes to the guy at front ctr
