I had an issue with my bank card and needed customer service assistance, but the lady I approached was very rude. I asked the security guard inside, and they directed me to her table. The lady told the guard, 'Why is he coming to my table? All the customers come to me; I'm very busy.' However, she was actually free and using her phone. When I asked for help, she said, 'It's not our job; you need to call Ambank customer care. We can't help with this matter.' This was the worst and most frustrating service I've ever experienced. How can Ambank hire such people? They're only working 7-8 hours a day, and yet they behave like this. It's unacceptable.

The service is very unpleasant here, staff talk in a very rude attitude. Im here to open a company account for business to put money in the bank and yet they talk as if I owe them a lot of money unwillingly to payback. Answer my questions in a very disrespectful tone. Don't come here unless ur ready for a fight.

Slow. 8 counter only 4 staff.. One manager 🤔 one counter one customer service one security... After received Redemption statement through email, today came to collect but not original hard copy only print on the spot... Charged RM27 🙄

Customer Service "Officer" Chin Yoon Ken rung my number relentlessly during work hours in order to obtain information from me. When I did not pick up, he rung my next in contact who was also busy. He then rung me again. When I picked up, he informed me that I could email/Whatsapp him my information. If it was possible for me to email/Whatsapp, then it should mean he can also email/Whatsapp me. Please tightline the protocol among your staff regarding this. I can't have my phone line hogged when I'm working, and I won't pick up unknown numbers due to rising spam calling issues.
