I have no use AmBank service but while walking at night cross by Am Bank , I realized this beautiful building is quite beautiful at night and this red building is the the most near banking system near Angsana Mall , you walk straight further , then you will see Mc'Donald fast food restaurant ,after that Mc'Donald go further straight ,you will see it.Am Bank is right beside the corner right turn road toward Green Town Business Center . Am Bank is the nearest Bank for tourist to seek banking information.Easy to find, same road at Jalan Hospital .Am Bank is the right turn pathway toward Green Town Business Square and MBI field. There at MBI field have a street of halal's food stalls at night.

The staff members here at this branch were helpful overall. Appreciate your service, and please keep up the good work. Limited parking space around the area for information.

callin the ipoh greentown branch since 3 o'clock but no one over there have time to pick up the phone. Bad service .Can BNM take action on this. Banks are operating to serve people.

Ambank service is extremely bad. There are many working desks available in the bank, but they still want my grandma to walk to the counter, which is located on the most inner side of the building. I told the staff that my grandma has difficulty walking and she can’t afford to walk that far due to chronic diseases, but no action was taken and the staff still insisted she walk over! Went to the bank but no procedure was performed although the account owner was here! Compared to Maybank which gave such good service while the officer came down to the car to check with my grandma’s condition and assisted us with all the procedures for her convenience. Maybank is the best!

Ambank Greentown is the centre office. Looks like lots of people's grouse about their customer service in other reviews here. Had dealt with them many years ago and they were known as Arab Malaysian then.
