I would say this team is outstanding even after the branch manager left the office. Chris Chan is incredibly helpful and patient. She will take the time to explain things to customers, understand their needs and provide detailed guidance even when more time is needed to comprehend. I noticed that they are also very caring toward pregnant women and the elderly.
