Worst branch ever. Closing an account took forever to close and always came up with excuse 1 month closure..and some more rude staffs...How ridiculous..to close a deceased account took more than half year...seriously??!!!! hellooo..when you guys selling your products to old people its very fast and when it closing time you make people like beggar...The worst branch ever..please dont ever do any business with this branch and its company
Counter staffs work fast efficient for my transaction. The sales personnel (RM) and branch manager able provide best investment advice to me, is easier to understand. All staffs treat us very polite with smile. This branch is the best customer experience in my life

Had a really good experience at this CIMB branch. The branch manager Giselle Wong was super helpful and really knows his stuff. I was struggling with the CIMB OCTO app ( honestly, not the most user-friendly app ) but the manager took the time to guide me through it and made things a lot easier. Really appreciate the great service!
