After losing my bank card, I attempted to reach out for assistance, but my calls were abruptly ended as soon as they were answered. As a normal CS yang boleh letak tepi masalah/mood peribadi, you can uphold professionalism and courtesy. as simple as that. Don't be rude ever. You are dealing with people yang ada masalah and want to get the best solution. from your side. I This was quite frustrating, as I needed help retrieving my lost card number. hope the bank can improve their service to better support customers in need. Thank you, assalamualaikum.
