Took more than an one hour to just reactive dormant account. This branch has very poor service and management. Branch manager should re look into their staff capabilities and process. Compare to other banks, many are ahead of CIMB style and sop.

This branch doesn't even worth 1 star at all. I came upon the counter and the lady just stared at me without prior questions or approach to help. I came to open an account under the request of my company but got turned down due to being "full" capacity and it's only 1130am but the bank opens until 4pm. Such a horrible service, from the counter lady.

I cannot even give zero. I rather give a negatif points if there were one. There ground staff's was so free but looking busy by chatting with each other. My replacement card was not able to be done as none of the staff knows what to do. Either send your staff for good training or please close the branch. Very lousy attitute

Like someone reviewed here before, if there is a zero rating, I will rate this branch zero. Went there to seek help as I'm unable to login to the new Octo app. Customer service staff led me to another desk with a phone, called a number, waited, hanged up, called again, then passed phone to me. I took the phone and kept saying hello but the person at the other end of the line is not talking to me. Instead, I can hear a lady's voice talking to another - as if she is letting me wait AFTER picking the call made by the CS staff. This went on for more than 5 mins and I hung up. Enough is enough. CS staff was already attending to another customer. I asked told her and asked her who she called? HQ? she nodded. CS in HQ? she nodded again. I told her to give me the number and I shall do it at home instead. She scribbled on a piece of paper and handed to me. So much for "see your branch to seek help if you encounter problems". I this what banking is all about now?

The worst bank service I've been to. After 10 minutes qr scan, they told me to go upstair not at the groundfloor. On 2nd floor I was the only customer, the staff are gossiping. After 5 minutes they not called my number I ask the makcik, Im here to replace my card. Then she asked dah ambil no ke, I cakap dah kat bawah. Suddenly she said my account is dormant, cause too long not login. She said make appointment for tomorrow. Today cannot.. Such a waste coming here.. Mind u I'm the only customer there at 2.30pm. Stupid bank. Im glad my account dormant in this stupid bank. No more cimb
