CIMB Bank @ Taman Pelangi 75 Jalan Kuning 2 Taman Pelangi

I am disappointed with the experience at CIMB Bank - Taman Pelangi. I approached the branch to request assistance in changing RM10 notes for angbao distribution to an old folks’ home — a meaningful and charitable cause. Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful or accommodating. I hope the branch can improve its customer service. . It was particularly disheartening as the same request was handled swiftly and smoothly at another CIMB branch without any issue.

Hamizan at the CIMB Jalan Kuning Dua branch is extremely patient, helpful and attentive to customer needs. He was so patient and addressed all my concerns with regards to my Octo app online account. I will definitely recommend CIMB because of this very good officer. Thank you CIMB.

Attended by Shilla at the reception counter. She is very approachable, patience to assist me to update my passport number. After knowing I can’t close my ASNB account at the branch, she helped me with the ASNB office address. A very helpful lady, I believe CIMB can further excel with more of such capable staff. was assisted by 3 attentive staffs that met all my demand enquiries. Mr Shafie patiently assist me to register new account while briefly explain and was supervise by 2 of his seniors, Mr Syafiq & Mr Izzat Hussin whom as well guided all the way from start to end of process. Kudos to 3 of these staffs, they deserve a raise with their well trained professionalism. Glad i went to this branch and was inform depo charge for new account was only MYR 250 with 12 hours of online account activation. Kudos CIMB Jalan Kuning!
