CIMB EzBank HQ Kuala Lumpur 11 Jalan Raja Laut City Centre

With a heavy heart I have to be honest with CIMB Bank management. I cannot understand why CIMB Bank is a very popular bank that hackers can easily get into our personal accounts, generate an OTP and siphoned our money. Although the amount is small and there are times several hundred of Ringgit. Isn't the bank supposedly a safe place for us to keep our hard earned money? Sandakan CIMB branch isn't as good as we thought. Does not the bank have any security measures against hackers? My sister just got hacked this morning by 2 different persons. One from Algeria and the other from Virginia. Using my sister's card to make purchase and transfer money to their own account. Mind you, this is not the first time. and worst of all, she cannot freeze her card because message from bank app says they can't retrieve her details. what the heck!

Salam!!! I read reviews on Anita, yes she is very good with customers. I've banked with cimb when I was in Malaysia Where is Anita? My messages are not being delivered

Very friendly customer service front desk and also manager , they helped even though it was something not in their department or area of coverage. They took the effort to do extra calls and ask around to help solve the problem. (Not the usual "not us u came wrong place")

I had an amazing experience with Bank Manager Anita Alias. She's truly an invaluable asset to CIMB Bank. I had a slight issue of name change after surrendering my Malaysian citizenship. She was so understanding, and well spoken and so very helpful. She was assisting and guiding me in every way she felt was important. So I am given as much as information that I can gather. Thank you so much Anita for being so professional and helpful.
