Worst experience!!! they used counterfeit Taka in a bundle. When I discovered it later, they completely refused to exchange it. They mention me to bring the whole bundle or have to change before left the bank!!! Like they Don't know they use that kind of taka in bundle!! May be a jin or something else push that in bundle 😁😁😁 A bank should address such issues!!! after all, they are called banking services!

Recenty, Dhaka bank feni branch faces some serious incident that they officers are make ilegal measure and take customers money. They have to be very careful and good governace to prevent these incident.

Their customer care service is very good. **In Ramadan they closes all the transactions by 2.30pm. So, keep that in mind while coming here.
