Very poor customer service. Long que to deposit and withdraw line. Casual cash officer. Several time I had this experience. Once I went to deposit my Lanka bangla credit card payment, it was 1.20 pm but they refused to complete my deposite. They made their own law not to receive card payment after 1 pm. I don't know is there any Bangladesh bank order regarding the issue. I am shocked.
The bank is at the first floor and their atm booth is in the ground floor. The customer service is good but the atm service is poor. Most of the time there is no network in the booth. Sometimes your card can be stuck inside it.
Their behavior is so rough. Even their 4th class employees behavior is also very bad
