Situated near gulshan 2 bus stops. Beside the gulshan lake. The bank building is very safe and secured. There is parking facility for resident but not for outsiders. Bank staffs are friendly and not too crowded place. The bank is in the 2nd floor beside the ucb bank branch.

Very Poor Experience – Critical Transaction Info Missing I’m extremely disappointed with the MyPrime App. When I transfer money via NPSB, the confirmation screen doesn’t show the recipient’s account number, and even the transaction statement is missing this basic but essential information. This is unacceptable for a banking app. How am I supposed to verify that my money went to the correct account? This kind of negligence puts users at financial risk. Do not trust this app until they fix this serious flaw.

Worst bank I have ever experienced. The support system is not useful. You will get calls form the customer care division but they will not have your necessary account info, it is very much annoying.
