I've visited the Prime Bank branch at Elephant Road and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were professional and genuinely caring in their approach, which made the process smooth and comfortable. However, since I went around noon, it took a while to get my serial due to the peak rush. Still, their service made it worth the wait

The experience was very good with Prime Bank, Elephant Road Branch. -Went there to open a student account at 11/11/2025, account opened and deposited (minimum 200 tk) -Employees' behaviour was enough good and helpful (most of them are women) -Collected debit card and cheque book at 19/11/2025 Everything was smooth but I think the prime bank authority should contract with a fast delivery partner to deliver letter which is important to activate account and transaction. After 9 days of opening, the letter haven’t still been delivered to me. By the way, number of ATM booth is less than Dutch Bangla, Brac or BIBL.
