Their lack of professionalism was evident, as they even refused to accept slightly old 100 Taka notes, which were subsequently accepted by rickshaw pullers and street vendors. It is disheartening to observe bank employees exhibiting less common sense and work ethic than many individuals in lower-wage occupations. The service provided was exceedingly poor, and there was a noticeable lack of respect for the customers' time.
