This branch of Dutch Bangla Bank manages its activities with 2 floors. The counter for cash deposits and withdrawals is fairly large. You must first take a token to deposit and withdraw money. After that you have to wait. Your serial will actually allow you to take service. But don't wait too long. There is enough seating inside. I like all the stuff in this branch. However, once the remittances came from abroad, there was a lot of trouble in collecting. I had to go for 2 days. Below this branch there is fast trucks and ATM booths.

The Officer who is in charge of 'Bank Draft and Pay Order' at second floor is super unhelpful and kept me waiting for hours without any reason. He was just doing other works not giving any slightest attention to this client which seemed to me totally discriminative . I think he didn't bother to serve me because I was a student. So after an hour of waiting I walked out and went to another bank and was served better. That's why I hate this place .

Bit crowded, but the service is as usual as other dbbl branch. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. Be aware of the internet charges when depositing money. Sometimes it takes some time to get the service as the que serial gets longer.

The guy wearing glasses in the help desk, responsible for payment issue is super rude and very unhelpful. As a customer I would love the bank authority to change the person.

Faltu. The staff seemed less knowledgeable about his work. They don't provide the necessary information you need. They are too moody.
